Cancellation Policy

ATTENTION🚨: UPPON ARRIVAL you must text or call my the number on your confirmation email (9085143583), please do not knock on door • I charge 50% of the service when canceling same day or 1 day before your appointment, 100% of the service for no-call no-shows fee, $10 late fee 10 minutes past your appointment & $25 rescheduling fee (failure to respond after being notified of these fees will automatically be a no-show)• After 15 minutes, your appointment is automatically cancelled UNLESS I am able to make an accommodation for you • Please know my time is limited and I try to accommodate everyone, it is unfair for other clients who can fill your spot if you’re a no show. I also take squeeze in appointments outside of my availability with a fee of $10 • ALL CLIENTS MUST MAKE A DEPOSIT OF $10 (NONREFUNDABLE FEE) TO SECURE THEIR APPOINTMENT (THIS WILL GO TOWARDS TO THE TOTAL COST HOWEVER SAME WILL NOT APPLY FOR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION)
